Background
I became a REALTOR in 1997 and take pride in the fact that I have been in the same Windermere office the entire time. Having been raised in the area, I have watched the tremendous growth we have experienced here in Snohomish County over the years. I am married to a local guy and raised my family here in Marysville.
Real Estate
The beginning of my career was spent mainly as a representative for a local builder. I felt that I was the accessible line of communication between the builder and the dozens of buyers we worked with over the years. I was able to share in the buyer's excitement of being able to personalize their new home. I worked with some great people and have continued quite a few long lasting relationships with many of them.
Professional Designation
I have also received my CRS Designation. This designation is awarded by the Council of Residential Specialists and is the highest professional designation awarded to REALTORS in the residential salesfield. Less than 4% of all REALTORS in the country hold the CRS Designation. I am always continuing to learn and keep up with the trends in all aspects of real estate. I feel that I have great communication skills, but most important, I am reliable, productive and loyal. Whether or not I am your representative as a buyer or seller's agent, my ultimate goal is to "exceed your expectation" of me. My business continues to come in from past clients and their referrals for me.
Outlook
I am always continuing to learn and keep up with the trends in all aspects of real estate. I feel that I have good communication skills, but most important, I am reliable, productive and loyal to my clients. Whether or not I am your representative as a buyer or seller's agent, my ultimate goal is to "exceed your expectations" of me. My business continues to come in from past clients and their referrals for me. I am looking forward to 2010 and all it will have to offer us.
