Starting his career in real estate in 2000, Bud has become an expert in the new construction field; working with some of the north end premiere builders and developers. He understands the construction process, from breaking ground, to completion, to your final walk through. Bud is designated as a new construction specialist (CSP) and continues his education to stay current on the ever changing real estate market.

Personally Speaking,
Married and raising two children in Arlington, Bud and his family understand the importance of community involvement. Bud volunteers and contributes to various non-profit organizations of Snohomish County. A portion of his commission for every closed transaction goes to the Windermere Foundation which contributes to Housing Hope, Boys and Girls Club, YMCA, local Food Banks, and the Red Cross.
