TAX CREDIT EXTENDED

GREAT NEWS!  The tax credit for first time home buyers has been extended, along with adding a tax credit for repeat home buyers.  This is a huge benefit, not only for those that are going to be buying a home, but for the sellers as well.  Increased demand should help prices stabalize. Click here to read all about it.
