August Snohomish County Stats

August statistics just came out for all of Snohomish County. The following graph showsthe status of our market in a very easy to read format. As you can see, the amount of inventory available has remained fairly steady over the past 4 months - but well below the numbers from 1 year ago. While the closed sales were down a bit in August compared with a year ago, the pending sales were by far the highest we have seen all year. 7 months in a row we have had increases in the number of homes pending. This is a great sign, one that shows that we are returning to a more normal, balanced market.
