July Snohomish County Stats

Here is a very interesting graph, showing the market activity in Snohomish County over the past 15 months. This shows a comparison of the total amount of homes on the market throughout Snohomish County (the light green bars), to the total homes pending (blue triangle), to the solds for the month (darker green bar). Obviously the amount of homes on the market is far less than a year ago - which is a great sign - and the amount of new pendings is much higher. No matter what you read, our local market has improved for 8 straight months.
