Home Price Index increasing

Another very positive article, in USA Today, about the national real estate market.  This one deals with the Home Price Index across the Country.  Home prices posted their first quarterly increase in three years in the quarter that ended in June, adding to evidence that the housing slump is easing.  Click here to read the article.
